One area where Yobetit shines are the betting markets. All of the major sports and leagues are well represented with a comprehensive offer of different bet types. Some of the betting markets we have tried during our Yobetit review process were:
- Soccer – Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League and a huge amount of minor leagues all across the globe. Pretty much anything you can think of, you will be able to find it at Yobetit. All standard bet types are offered, as well as some interesting combo bets.
- North American professional sports – NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB markets also shine, especially in the area of more exotic bet types, like Individual Player Performances.
- Tennis – A huge selection of major and minor tournaments all across the globe. You can bet on winners of games, sets and matches, as well as over/under on the total number of games.
- Motorsports – Whether it is Formula 1, Moto GP, DTM or NASCAR, you can find it at Yobetit.
We found the odds at Yobetit to be very competitive and in line with most of the industry leaders. For example, we found the odds on the UEFA Champions League games like Real Madrid vs Bayern and AS Roma vs Liverpool to be better than most of the top sportsbooks. A €10 bet on Real Madrid to win the game would net you €21.2 at odds 2.12.
Odds on Motorsports, Tennis, NHL and MLB follow the average of most major sportsbooks across the globe.
The odds for betting on NBA and NFL are a bit lower than some of the industry leaders, but the difference is not so large to affect the players to seek action elsewhere.
Yobetit has a solid live betting offer on most of the major sports and events coupled with the Cashout feature which helps players minimize risks and maximize their betting value.
What we found to be lacking is a live streaming option on the platform. Yobetit currently doesn’t offer live streaming to potential customers, which downgrades the live betting experience. Live streaming has been a standard option for most of the major sportsbooks, and this is an area where Yobetit has to improve in the future.
Well one area that really disappointed us, during our Yobetit review, was the lack of a mobile betting app. Mobile betting apps have been around for quite some time and most of the sportsbooks offer them nowadays. There is a mobile version of Yobetit website that you can use on your smartphone but still we feel that a dedicated mobile app is a much better solution for mobile betting overall.
Yobetit has to improve here if they want to survive in a highly competitive market.
Yobetit offers a variety of payment options for all types of customers that make it easy to deposit and withdraw money including:
- Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro)
- PaySafe Card
- Rapid Transfer
- Bank Transfer
Yobetit offers one free withdrawal per month. After that, they charge a 2% fee per withdrawal. The only reason why we didn’t give the perfect grade to Yobetit payment options is a ridiculous €500 per week withdrawal limit. This will probably discourage all but recreational sports bettors.
Yobetit currently offers these options for customer service:
- Phone Support
- E-mail Support
We found the overall customer experience to be quite positive and responsive. Our e-mails were replied to quickly and problems were dealt with quickly. Phone support was also great, but we didn’t manage to find the working hours of either e-mail or phone customer support. The downside is also lack of customer support in multiple languages.
We think that a live chat option would’ve been a great addition to this, for urgent issues that need to be handled quickly. Also, a clear statement of the customer service working hours is needed as well.
We found our experience betting at Yobetit a mixed bag. On one hand, we really enjoyed a huge offer of betting markets with competitive odds across many sports, but we felt a bit let down by the lack of live streaming and a mobile betting app. Overall the customer service and payment methods were satisfactory, besides the ridiculous €500 per week withdrawal limit and lack of live chat support. We think that Yobetit has the core of a competitive sportsbook but they really need to work on polishing up their platform and catching up to the latest trends.
Yobetit offers a nice Welcome Package for the new customers that includes a 100% Welcome Bonus for first deposits up to €50 and two types of no-deposit free bets to choose from. A great way to test if Yobetit is the sportsbook for you.
